Yes, I need help finding a nearby hotel. Please send me pertaining information. Participant Agreement: You will receive an invoice after we receive your registration form. A registration confirmation will follow after the participation fee has been paid in full. Should you decide not to participate in the event, please notify us in writing 14 days before the event or earlier. You will be reimbursed for the already paid participation fee. If you cancel in less then 14 days before the event, there will be a processing charge of 100€. The participation fee includes the cost of lunch and dinner, but not the cost of your hotel room.
