Hands-on Training
Hands-on training closes the gap between theory and practise. Reasons for hands-on training may be diverse and versatile just like the trainees themselves: Pupils having to make a choice between professional training and studying, students of various branches of study in their basic or advanced study period, trainees and students within the scope of projects.
Before going into practice, the contents of the hands-on training are determined together with the future trainee and the course of action is determined. This ensures that the trainee is extensively coached and that he/she gets to know as many processes in operation as possible in a relatively short period of time and that he/she also becomes familiar with the enterprise itself.
We ask all the people interested to send their complete application in good time to our human resources department.
