Order processing repair service
In the event that you would like us to carry out a repair, please contact someone in our Claim Management Department. We will then create an IT-supported service notice. A service number will be assigned to this service notice, under which all processes and steps in the repair procedure will be stored.
In order to ensure a smooth process, we coordinate with you in detail all measures in order to fulfil the repair order.
Factors such as urgency, the damage symptoms, the scope of the damage and the availability of spare parts are decisive in whether the repair will be carried out in your premises or in our facilities. You will be informed immediately of the service number; when dealing with repairs carried out in our facilities, we can send you a return delivery note by e-mail or fax. Return deliveries are made exclusively with statement of the service number in order to guarantee fast and accurate processing.

Repairs on your premises
Most of the repairs on your seepex machines can be carried out directly on site within the system. We will coordinate the repairs with you or with the system operator.
In order to carry out repairs, we require
- Free access to the pump
- Complete evacuation of the pump
- Availability of supply connections (electricity and water)
- Availability of an electrician with circuit authorisation
- Availability of hoisting tools

Repairs in the Bottrop headquarters
If we carry out repairs on your seepex machines in our headquarters in Bottrop, you will generally receive a written offer within three working days of us receiving the machine. Before return delivery, we ask you to request the service number in our Claims Management Department and to attach this with the pump. The entire procedure will be managed and processed under this number. Please always state this number in the event of questions or requests.
Once you have approved our written offer and all original seepex parts are available, we generally carry out the repair within three working days.
