seepex pumps are generally designed for the respective application. For this purpose, a large selection of ranges and materials as well as a comprehensive accessories program are available. This ensures operating safety, increases the service life or optimises product feed or exact dosing of products.
Dry Running Protection Device TSE
The temperature between the rotor and the stator is permanently sensed thermoelectrically via a temperature sensor integrated in the stator and compared with the limit value set at the TSE control unit.
When the pump runs dry, the temperature will rise due to the increased friction between the rotor and the stator. When the set limit value has been reached, the TSE control unit switches off the pump drive and triggers a fault message.
Universal Joint Protection
Made of stainless steel for protecting the universal joint sleeve against mechanical destruction due to ultralarge solids such as plastic, wood, glass and metal parts. When using this type of universal joint protection, seepex grants a warranty of 10,000 operating hours on the joints.
Adjustable Stator Retensioning Device
This device can be used to evenly retighten a worn stator until the original compression fit of the rotor and stator and thus the original pump capacity has been reached again.
Overpressure/Low Pressure Protection Device
Diaphragm contact pressure gauge with open measuring flange switches a floating contact when the adjustable permissible pump pressure has been exceeded.
Lantern Ring Supply Unit
The lantern ring supply unit is used for supplying the shaft sealing with sealing liquid. It can be equipped with a flow meter, if desired. With labyrinth seals, the flow rate can be adjusted and checked.
