Among other things, sweets are cocoa and chocolate products, ice-cream, certain pastries as well as confections.
In the confectionery industry seepex pumps are used for gentle transportation of shear sensitive products. They have a high degree of metering accuracy, for example the exact portioning of confections. The pumps can be cleaned so that no residues remain and they are built in accordance with FDA guidelines. Their different designs meet the high quality standards of the confectionery industry. In the double jacket design the constant temperature of the medium is guaranteed e.g. when chocolates are produced.
