Smart and innovative. seepex at Achema 2009
Despite the economic crisis, there was a positive atmosphere at Achema 2009. Many visitors showed great interest in the newly developed Smart Monitoring Technology which was presented for the first time in Frankfurt from 11th to 15th May. Our innovative "smart" pump technology SST 2.0 uses optical signals to show the output status of the SST stator thus informing you of the efficiency of your pump. Anybody interested in new and further developments was in good hands at the seepex trade fair booth.
Over five days with 3,767 exhibitors on 134,000 m² of exhibition grounds, more than 173,000 visitors from all around the world took the chance to find out about the latest products and technologies from the chemical technology, biotechnology, environmental protection and other related industries. And with 46.6% of exhibitors and 28% of visitors coming from abroad, the 29th Achema this year was an international fair just as it has been in the past. The largest exhibition group this year was again from the pump, compressor and fittings industry totalling 960 exhibitors.
The fair's success and the positive feedback from the trade visitors show that seepex has again made its mark with an innovative, comprehensive concept for the progressive cavity pump, and has impressed its customers.
