This flexible stator concept allows quick and easy pump maintenance. This could be either to change the stators or rotors due to wear and tear (after many thousands of hours of work) or to remove foreign materials.

“Smart Stator Technology” is used for the current models in the product group N. Their features and performance are customised individually to your process, but here is a brief overview of the benefits and advantages you can expect:
- Quick and easy maintenance: Huge reductions in time and effort required to replace worn components. No need to remove the discharge pipe work, making any mis-alignment of existing installed pipework no longer an issue.
- Fault diagnosis in situ: SST can be removed to check the condtion of both the rotor and the stator in seconds.
- Re-adjustable: The design of SST allows the stator to be re-adjusted giving longer stator life compared to conventional designed stators.
- Lower spare parts costs: As only the rubber stator halves require to be replaced when worn, the cost of spare parts are significantly lower.
- Eco friendly: As the stator is not bonded to a tube only the rubber components are replaced when worn, making them acceptable to recycling companies.
- Smaller footprint: Less space is required for installation as no stator removal distance needs to be built into the original design plans.
