Range MDTC



  • For pumping highly viscous products with a low degree of flowability.
  • Open hopper pump with cylindrical/conical compression zone and auger feed screw
  • Open aseptic fork joint made up of only two components
  • Manufactured in keeping with the regulations of the 3A-Sanitary Standard
  • FDA approval
  • Conveying capacities: 0.5 l/h - 500 l/h | 0.132 USGPH - 132 USGPH
  • Pressures: up to 24 bar | 360 PSI

The MDTC range features a feed hopper with a cylindrical/conical compression zone. Conveying media with a low degree of intrinsic flowability or with none at all are fed to the conveying elements rotor and stator through the auger feed screw on the coupling rod. Optimum filling of the conveying chamber is achieved through the priming pressure generated in the compression zone. The pumps of the MDTC range are equipped with open joints of the MDC range and comply with the regulations of the 3A-Sanitary Standards of the USA.
