The standard pumps of the NS range have a drive casing with a free bare shaft, which allows all drive types to be mounted. The universal configuration of the drive systems offers maximum flexibility. The easy maintenance of the plug connection between the rotating unit and drive shaft simplifies replacement of the rotating wearing parts and the shaft seal.
Thanks to the free bare shaft, it is possible to mount a wide variety of drive types – e.g. elastic couplings or V-belts
Simple maintenance without dismantling the bearing thanks to a quick-release plug connection between the unit and drive system
Gentle, even pumping flow without dampeners or condensers – particularly suitable for sensitive pumping media
Depending on the on-site conditions, installation is possible in a horizontal or vertical position with a large, rotatable, spherical suction intake
Available with various rotor/stator geometries and a wide range of different shaft seals – tailored to suit any conveying process
Retrofit option for the particularly maintenance-friendly Smart Conveying Technology (SCT)
With gauge connection. Flange connections alternatively to DIN or ANSI.
Wear resistant and corrosion-proof materials, with additional surface treatment.
With short pitches and a compact design, the conventional geometry produces high pressures.
With a small rotor diameter and a long pitch, the 6L geometry attains lower surface velocities and extends the service life due to its large sealing line.
The rotor with Tricam geometry features a three-helix geometry. This enables it to achieve larger conveying capacities with the same overall length of the pump.
Corrosion proof, optional available in stainless steel design.
The seal on both ends is moulded as an integral part of the elastomeric stator; corrosion of the stator tube is never a problem because the pumped liquid never comes into contact with the metal tube or the bonding adhesive. Available with optional adjustable stator retensioning device.

The stator with uniform wall thickness is used in situations with very high pressures or temperatures.
For power transmission. Improved design, optional special designs available.
With large cross section and designed for smooth flow conditions, with drain plug and connections for pressure/vacuum gauge. Flange connections in DIN or ANSI can be rotated in 90° increments.
Consisting of just 5 components. Power transmission through wear resistant, hardened and replaceable joint parts: easily repaired.
Protects the grease-filled joints from penetration of the liquid pumped, even in case of maximum vacuum or pressure loading. Streamlined design to reduce turbulence and NPSHr.
Gland packing with or without flushing/seal cage ring or single or double mechanical seals.
Connects the drive shaft to the joint. With gland packing the plug-in shaft is used as a shaft protection sleeve. Upon request, it is available with wear resistant coating.
For easy dismantling of the pump and drive enabling quick replacement of the rotating parts and shaft seals. The plug-in shaft pin secures the shaft connection to the drive and the splash ring protects the bearing from contamination/gland leakage.
Drive shaft and bearings can be lubricated. Open shaft end enables connection of various types of drives. Available with double bearing seals to prevent ingress of dust or moisture.
The pressure gauge switches off the pump as soon as a pre-set pressure is exceeded or not reached and protects the pump from increased wear and tear or piping damage.
A safety relief valve directs the medium into a bypass in the event of overpressure, thus reducing the pressure in the pump.
TSE monitors the temperature of the rotating stator and shuts down the pump when the limit value is reached to protect the pump from dry running.
With this device, a worn stator can be evenly readjusted at several points so that the clamping between the rotor and stator is once again optimal and the pump performance increases.
This unit protects the shaft sealing by selectively supplying barrier liquid. Also available with flow meter on request.
Stainless steel protective housing protects the universal joint sleeve from mechanical destruction by rough parts made of plastic, metal, wood, etc. Up to 10,000 operating hours guaranteed.
Universal seal for hopper and standard pumps for sealing the plug-in shaft and suction casing or feed hopper. Also available with grease or lantern ring to shut off the media flow. Can also be supplied with upstream labyrinth seal and additional flush connection or lubricating device.
Universal standard mechanical seal for dosing, food applications and semi-submersible pumps for sealing the plug-in shaft in the suction casing or the hopper.
Mechanical seals arranged in a row. Available in "back-to-back", "face-to-face" or "tandem" sequence.
Ready-to-install pre-assembled units with supply connections and attachment brackets for quick replacement.
