Not long to wait now. The date for the next Girls' Day has been set.

On 26 March 2020, schoolgirls will once again have the opportunity to learn about technical and scientific professions and to discover their strengths and talents. SEEPEX will be participating once again and offering an exclusive insight into pump production.

Together with our trainer Andreas Kusche, all interested students will be given a guided tour through our production facilities. Afterwards, during the training workshop they will learn about the many apprenticeship possibilities at SEEPEX.

Our message to all students: Girls have the same potential as boys and are just as successful in technical professions. The variety of tasks means that there is never a lack of fun.

"At SEEPEX we train, for example, industrial mechanics and cutting machine operators. During the three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship, our trainees learn not only how to produce a pump and spare parts, but also how to install systems, check equipment and machines along with readying them for operation," explains Melanie Frank, Human Resources employee.

Activities such as installing systems, checking equipment and machines and putting them into operation form just as much a part of the training, explains Melanie Frank, Human Resources employee.
