Blended learning or integrated learning combines classical learning methods (classroom training) with modern forms of eLearning. For numerous companies this learning strategy has become a vital part of employee training, as the advantages of both learning methods can be combined.
“Knowledge and expertise are two of our most important resources. That is why comprehensive training concepts and flexible learning scenarios are crucial for sustainable learning at SEEPEX worldwide,” explains Susanne Kollmeier, SEEPEX’s Training Manager.
She will be speaking about and presenting her experiences in the field. Training experts and company representatives from all over Germany will also be discussing best practice approaches, potential for optimization and further experiences on that day. Some 40 participants are expected.
