Via the “Service Point” app and the QR code stored on the type plate of the pump, SEEPEX has been providing its customers with fast, qualified self-service since 2017.

The pump manufacturer from Bottrop in Germany has now published an update.

Previously it was possible to view the operating instructions of the pump, contact the SEEPEX service team and request the precise spare parts required. Effective immediately, the update makes it possible to download all available data sheets, dimensional and sectional drawings, and 3D files (in the formats IFC, STP and 3D PDF) for the respective pump. This means customers can access the entire portfolio of technical information on their progressive cavity pump via the app. This allows a comprehensive understanding of the pump and simplifies on-site maintenance.

The aim is to provide SEEPEX customers with the best possible support for maintenance work. If a personal consultation is required, the SEEPEX service team can be contacted directly through the app via email, telephone or live chat.

SEEPEX Service Point is available free of charge for download from the established app stores of Apple and Google.
