"SEEPEX’s business is internationally focused and personal contact with colleagues abroad helps promote good working relationships between international employees," says Melanie Frank, Human Resources employee. SEEPEX supports IHK's mobility program, which helps junior employees organize their stay abroad. "Companies benefit from the foreign language and intercultural skills of their employees. Stays abroad also make trainees fit for communicating with foreign business partners. That's why we like to participate in this program,” she continues.
Currently, two trainees are at a partner company in Cardiff/Wales for four weeks each. Being able to offer stay abroad programs for trainees makes SEEPEX an even more attractive employer. This is a particularly important factor, especially when trying to attract young talent.
Melanie Frank also states: "The trainees return to the parent company with a more independent and flexible approach to work. After all, the young employees had to apply for the job in English and organize life in a place unknown to them."
