At its booth in Hall B1, the company will showcase a comprehensive portfolio that combines proven mechanical engineering with intelligent system design and digital innovation—aimed at reducing energy consumption, minimizing maintenance effort and increasing overall productivity.

At the center of SEEPEX’s presence are key technologies including Smart Air Injection, Smart Conveying Technology and the Easy Maintenance Macerator, alongside the world premiere of SEEPEX IQ, a new and accessible approach to pump monitoring. Together, these solutions address some of the most pressing challenges faced by plant operators today: rising energy costs, increasing maintenance requirements and the growing demand for greater process transparency.

 

SEEPEX IQ – The Simplest Path to Pump Intelligence

A highlight of the exhibition is the launch of SEEPEX IQ, an innovative digital solution that marks a new era in easy-access pump monitoring. Developed to significantly lower the entry barrier to condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, SEEPEX IQ makes digital pump intelligence accessible to a wider range of users and applications.

The compact unit can be mounted directly onto a pump using a magnetic fixture and operates via a frequency inverter or standard 12–24 VDC power supply—eliminating the need for complex wiring or specialized installation. This simplifies commissioning while reducing both hardware and installation costs.

Starting with Temperature Sensor Electronics (TSE) as its base, the system monitors key parameters such as temperature, discharge pressure and internal vibration. Data is transmitted via Bluetooth to the SEEPEX Cloud using LTE or NB-IoT connectivity, enabling full transparency of pump condition and performance. Thanks to its modular design, SEEPEX IQ can be easily expanded with additional sensors, supporting optimized maintenance planning, enhanced equipment protection and improved pump efficiency.

 

Easy Maintenance Macerator – Maximum Availability Through Smart Design
Another key highlight is the Easy Maintenance Macerator, introduced at the beginning of 2026 as part of SEEPEX’s Easy Maintenance strategy. This new generation combines outstanding cutting performance with a fundamentally redesigned service concept, directly addressing common operational challenges such as high maintenance effort and downtime.

Designed for applications involving solids, the macerator ensures reliable shredding and homogenization, protecting pumps and downstream equipment while minimizing the risk of blockages. Technical features include optimized shear plate geometry, highly wear-resistant cutting components and reversible elements that significantly extend service life.

The design also enables fast and safe maintenance. A foldable cutting unit provides easy access without the need for lifting equipment, while external adjustment mechanisms and simplified cleaning processes reduce service time by up to 80%. Additional features such as reverse operation and integrated debris separation further enhance operational reliability and safety.

 

Smart Air Injection – Efficient Conveying Over Long Distances – Now patented

The patented SEEPEX Smart Air Injection (SAI) combines progressive cavity pump technology with dense phase compressed air conveying, offering an efficient solution for transporting highly viscous media over distances of up to 1,000 meters. Operating at low pressure levels, the system reduces energy consumption and pipe wear, resulting in lower operating costs and extended system lifespan. Integrated control systems ensure seamless incorporation into existing automation environments.

 

Smart Conveying Technology – Proven Maintenance Efficiency

Also on display is SEEPEX Smart Conveying Technology (SCT), a patented design that has redefined maintainability in progressive cavity pumps. Featuring a two-part stator and rotor design, SCT enables in-place maintenance without disconnecting pipework. This reduces maintenance time by up to 85%, while an integrated retensioning system extends component life and improves energy efficiency throughout operation.
