Safe

Housing sections made from robust, heavy-duty Super Duplex stainless steel, with flange-mounted emptying. The base plate contains a leakage pan to collect the liquid that escapes during maintenance

Pressure-resistant

All pump parts cast or machined, no weld seams in contact with fluid. Generously dimensioned wall thicknesse and ribbing for high pressure stability, exceptional rigidity and quiet running. High flange loads possible

API-compliant

All parts designed in compliance with API 676, flanges compliant with ASME B16.5, mechanical seals compliant with API 682. Flushing plans compliant with API 682 available as accessories

All parts made from AST material with complete traceability; corrosion-resistant materials compliant with NACE MR0175, or optionally compliant with NORSOK M-630

Technologies, accessories and options

Dry running protection / TSE

TSE monitors the temperature of the rotating stator and shuts down the pump when the limit value is reached to protect the pump from dry running.

Seal barrier system

This unit protects the shaft sealing by selectively supplying barrier liquid. Also available with flow meter on request.

Overpressure Protection

The pressure gauge switches off the pump as soon as a pre-set pressure is exceeded or not reached and protects the pump from increased wear and tear or piping damage.

Pressure branch

Available with Class 300 or Class 150 flanges. Nozzle loads 2x API 676 standard.

Conventional geometry

With short pitches and a compact design, the conventional geometry produces high pressures.

6L geometry

With a small rotor diameter and a long pitch, the 6L geometry attains lower surface velocities and extends the service life due to its large sealing line.

Rotor

Wear resistant and corrosion-proof materials, with additional surface treatment.

Equal Wall Stator

The stator with uniform wall thickness is used in situations with very high pressures or temperatures.

Available in a wide range of elastomer materials and for 6, 12, 24 and 48 bar pressure.

Suction casing

Designed with MACP 50 bar. Casing rotatable in 90° increments. Available with Class 300 or Class 150 flanges. Nozzle loads 2x API 676 standard.

Drain connection

Cast 90° elbow, ¾" class 300 flanged.

Mechanical Seal

Fully compliant with API 682.

Drive

Reduction gearbox with NEMA or IEC electrical motor.

Base plate

According to API 676 or customer requirements.

Lantern

Made of cast stainless steel. Seal chamber dimensions according to API 610.

Tie bolts/screw

Corrosion proof, optional available in stainless steel design.

Coupling rod

For power transmission. Improved design, special designs optional available.

Joint connection

Consisting of just 5 components. Power transmission through wear resistant, hardened and replaceable joint parts: easily repaired.

Universal joint sleeve with holding bands

Protects the grease-filled joints from penetration of the liquid pumped, even in case of maximum vacuum or pressure loading. Streamlined design to reduce turbulence and NPSHr.
