We offer a variety of accessory items for Double Disc Pumps to help complete your pump installation, improve the application or make maintenance a little easier. We offer vacuum and pressure sensor and switch assemblies as well as a back pressure valve for low TDH and negative TDH applications. We can also provide pump control panels to include a traditional across the line motor starter or more sophisticated soft start and variable frequency drive (VFD) controls.

Double Disc Pumps - Pressure and Vacuum Switch Assembly
One thing you don’t want to do is operate a positive displacement pump against a close valve or plugged discharge line where pressure can build beyond the pumps rated capability. Fortunately we offer our PVP420 Series of pressure sensor and gauge/switch assemblies. The assembly is provided with a SS316 body and EPDM elastomer sensing sleeve. The cavity within the sensor body is glycerin filled to ensure accuracy. As process pressure is sensed by the 360º elastomeric sleeve, the captive fluid transfers pressure to the gauge and switch. This allows for accurate readings and shutdown if the predetermined pressure has been exceeded. The switch and or gauge are attached to the sensor with SS316 fittings.

Double Disc Pumps - Adjustable Back Pressure Valve
We offer a fully adjustable back pressure valve for sludge and slurry applications to be used in conjunction with our Double Disc Pump. In low TDH and negative head (downhill pumping) applications, the PVP back pressure valve is used to create head-loss on the discharge side of the pump to provide a more accurate flow rate by helping the discs to valve.
