SEEPEX IQ is a modular, cost‑effective pump monitoring and protection platform that integrates seamlessly into the pump. It combines the proven essentials of SEEPEX dry‑run protection with advanced pump monitoring in a scalable IoT solution. 

The system starts with a SEEPEX IQ Base unit, capturing key parameters such as temperatur, discharge pressure, and vibration, providing reliable dry‑run and pump protection from the very first installation. As operational needs grow, the same unit can be easily expanded with modular extensions to monitor additional data including suction pressure, speed, flow, quench level, shaft run‑out, and other process parameters—all without replacing the base system. 

Installation is simple and flexible: the unit attaches directly to the pump via a magnet, is powered through 12–24 VDC, and communicates wirelessly. Sensor data is transferred via Bluetooth app or securely sent to the SEEPEX Cloud using LTE or NB‑IoT technology, where it is analyzed and visualized for reporting and decision‑making. 

By making monitoring a natural part of the pump rather than an external add‑on, SEEPEX IQ enables operators to see what’s happening in real time, react earlier, prevent damage, and run pumps more efficiently than ever—starting small and scaling all the way to full pump monitoring with a single, intelligent device.
