SEEPEX progressive cavity industrial pumps are used in a variety of industries to transfer oil or gas, liquids, sludge and other media. While there are various pump technologies on the market, SEEPEX progressive cavity industrial pumps represent the most reliable and efficient option. Whith their ability to transport shear sensitive media, abrasive sludge, or high viscosity materials, they provide an effective solution for many industrial applications.

Product group N industrial pumps form the basis of the modular concept that supports all SEEPEX progressive cavity pumps. They are ideal for applications in agriculture, ceramics, chemicals, biochemicals, construction, dyeing, paints, environmental technology, fish processing, food, beverages, bakery dough and fillings, mining, inorganic minerals, oil and natural gas production, offshore technologies, cosmetics, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, shipbuilding, sugar refining, water and wastewater treatment, textiles, glues, adhesives, mastics and sealers in the transportation and construction markets.

Features and Benefits

Low pulsation

The low pulsation promotes steady and smooth transfer of media without the need for additional dampeners or compensators

Gentle transport

Ideal for pumping sensitive media, the low speed capabilities allow for low shearing of media

Flexible installation options

Product Group N pumps can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position, including a large, rotable and spherical suction intake

Compatibility

N pumps are available with a wide range of rotor/stator geometries and a selection of various shaft seals. This makes the pumps able to suit any conveying process

Powerful suction

The design allows for powerful suction to facilitate transport of viscous media, gas-liquid mixtures with a water column of up to 9m (29.5 ft.)

Product Group N Pumps

N progressive cavity pumps are available with various rotor/stator geometries and can be mounted either horizontally or vertically, and the suction casing can be rotated. They operate with minimal pulsation, and a uniform and controlled flow without the need for pulsation dampeners or compensators. The N pumps feature high self-priming capabilities even with a mixture of liquid and air/gas up to a 9 m (29,5 ft.) water column. They are equipped with round flanged suction and pressure connections and also feature large spherical inlet openings for the easy intake of media that contain solids. SEEPEX offers Product Group N Progressive Cavity Pumps for every industrial application. Depending on your need, our pumps deliver up to 48 bar, while our pump equipped with a free bare shaft delivers up to 96 bar in pressure. Their conveying capacity varies from 0.01 to 500 m³/h. Each pump provides a specific design: short and compact, large and easy to maintain, bare free shaft and an API 676 standard pump for oil and gas applications.

Designed for Easy Maintenance

Rotor Joint Access (RJA) and Drive Joint Access (DJA) represent our intelligent approach to easy and efficient pump maintenance. (Available Only on BNM Pump) Thanks to a detachable housing mounted on rollers, RJA makes it possible to reach the rotor-side joint quickly and easily. This makes it simple to remove the stator without having to dismantle the discharge connections or piping, simplifying service work and drastically reducing downtime. DJA offers an easily removable complete drive and coupling rod. This design allows for the easy servicing of the mechanical seal or joints. Again, no removal of piping or disassembly of the rotor and stator is required.
