SAI efficiently handles a wide range of waste types, residues, and by-products, such as vegetables and animal waste. Its versatility makes it an essential solution for managing various waste streams while maintaining operational efficiency.

MANAGES VARIOUS MEDIA
SAI excels at the efficient transport of semi-solid and highly viscous waste materials, including coffee and tea grounds, mustard husks, soybean residues, micro cellulose, legumes, oatmeal, pectin residues, and many more. For added efficiency, an optional lubricant injection system can be integrated, further enhancing performance in handling these challenging materials. For waste containing hard particles such as mango, peach, or avocado stones, or pineapple tops, optional conditioning solutions can grind, crush, or shred the material before pumping. The system also allows the particle size to be adjusted for downstream applications, such as animal feed or biogas production. In addition, it reduces the need for water flume systems, making it a cleaner and more energy-efficient solution for fish and seafood processing. With no added water, no waste dilution, and no strain on water treatment, operations become more sustainable.
