A Trial Program for Your Specific Needs

The process is started by one of our application engineers or manufacturer’s representative visiting the job site to gather the application information. Your application is then reviewed to ensure we understand exactly what you need and assess your expectations. Next, we provide a quote for the pump and related accessories. Once we receive an informal signed trial agreement from you, we release the pump to production.

After the pump is complete, it is then shipped to the installation location, where the owner or the owner’s representative handles the installation. Once installed,a manufacturer’s representative or service technician will visit the location to perform start-up, as well as operator training.

Trial Period Details

The length of the trial is based upon the requirements of the application. The typical length of the trial generally lasts anywhere from 30 to 90 days. Once the pump has successfully performed to the owner’s satisfaction, either a purchase order is issued or the customer requests an invoice from PVP. If the unit does not perform to the owner’s satisfaction, it will be returned to PVP with no money due from the customer.

The title to equipment remains with PVP until the unit is purchased and paid for by the owner.
